En apego al Art. 13 del Código Penal de Jalisco, se estipula la terminación automática del contrato y el deslinde de responsabilidad civil/penal del arrendador, garantizando una entrega segura a los deudos bajo protocolos legales estrictos.

Conforme a la Ley de Arrendamiento Inmobiliario, la renta se ajustará anualmente según el Índice Nacional de Precios al Consumidor (INEGI) para mantener el valor adquisitivo.

Este contrato se eleva a categoría de sentencia ejecutoriada ante el Instituto de Justicia Alternativa, brindando seguridad total a ambas partes sin necesidad de juicios largos.
